Your Booking Details

Terms & Conditions

We like to keep things simple and friendly at LeoBay, but a few clear terms help everything run smoothly for everyone.

🏕️ Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full in advance to secure your pitch. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received, and You have received confirmation from us

We’re a small site with limited space, so we can’t accept arrivals without a confirmed booking unless agreed directly with us beforehand.


💡 Pitch Fees & Electricity

Pitch fees are £30 per night, per pitch, which includes:

Up to 2 adults and 2 children
Electric hook-up (Electricity usage includes 10kW per day. Additional usage is charged at 38p per kW).


📅 Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans can change. More than 7 days before arrival? You’ll receive a full refund
Within 7 days of arrival; We’re unable to offer refunds, but we’re happy to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability)



⏰ Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 12:00pm
Check-out: By 11:00am

If you need flexibility, just ask — we’ll always try to help where we can.


👥 Guests & Pitch Use

Each pitch is for a maximum of 2 adults & 2 Children
Larger groups may be accommodated by prior arrangement only


Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement and are charged at £5 per person per night.
Day visitors must leave the site by a reasonable time to maintain the quiet atmosphere.

Please ensure all guests and visitors respect the site and other campers during their stay.


🐕 Dogs

Dogs are very welcome at LeoBay 🐾 There’s no extra charge — we just ask that you let us know how many are coming.

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site and under control.
Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after your dog. Please do not allow your dog to relieve itself on the lawn.


🔥 Fires & Generators

Fires are NOT permitted
BBQs are allowed, but must not be used on the grass or benches
Generators are not permitted


🌙 Noise & Respect for Others

LeoBay is a quiet, relaxed campsite.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm
No parties or disruptive behaviour

We want everyone to enjoy the peace and space.


⚠️ Liability

While we do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable environment:

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay
Vehicles, equipment, and personal items are left at your own risk
LeoBay Campsite cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence



🚐 Workshop Bookings

If you’re visiting for workshop services:

Work and timescales will be agreed separately
Staying on-site during work is subject to availability and booking


👍 Final Notes

We’re a small, family-run campsite and pride ourselves on keeping things friendly and straightforward.
